Been with sprint for 10 years & the customer service is getting worst & worst. You'll be on hold for a while & when you finally get someone they immediately transfer you & i stayed on hold for an hour longer & i hung up.

Total waste of time.

Can't wait for all the contracts on my account (4 phones on account) to be over with, cause I'm finally gonna find a better network who cares about their customers.
