Have had sprint service for 8 years. My bill started rising around 8 months ago but they never send me a printed bill.

I have no way to get an online bill because I don't have a pin or password. When I request one, someone w a heavy Tagalog accent tells me they will send me a password link. It never arrives on my email. I go to the store and they can't figure my bill out.

They say they will get back to me but never respond.

There is virtually no way to contact sprint.

They just raise your bill and don't explain why. They are fraudulent gangsters!!!!!

This reviewer shared experience about problems with payment and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Sprint. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I am having almost the same problem. no one wants to help...

I climb the ladder to talk with a manager... but the pass me along to yet someone else that can't help.
