Sprint's so- called customer service is the worst. I wanted to have them take 2 $5 monthly charges of my bill and I have called them 3 times without success.
The customer service person always says that "account services" has to do that. Trouble is: THEY DON'T ANSWER!!!!!' I call again and the Filipino says they "want to resolve your problem" and send me to the right department and, wait for it, they don't answer.
My wife has already left Sprint and, as soon as my lease is up, I will be too. I hope Verizon doesn't disappoint me.
