This is my first time being with sprint , and honestly I'm not happy with this particular company . Customer Service is ridiculous there's no reason it takes almost 30 mins before your problem can get somewhat solved .
And then the agents wanna argue forcefully with someone this is utterly the worst phone company I've had . I wouldn't recommend sprint to anyone. I like my phone but the bill is way too high . Then they want you to constantly call them if you're late on a bill.
No one has time for that especially if you have a full time job and your break is not that long . Furthermore why is there no accuracy?
You can be on the phone and get information and then go to a sprint store and it's different information. Honestly T-Mobile Is Way Better !
