The worst handling of the Note7 debacle. I got the runaround from the corporate store about when the phone would be available.
Then, after others have somehow known, the phones that did come in were taken already. ( Can we say employee perk!) And now there is an expected time each day that I may go in supposedly. I tried to get my phone replaced via sprint's customer service. I was on the phone two hours, gettimg hung up on four times.
I only had time to resolve this issue this morning.
It's still not resolved. Wtf ????
