Tried to cancel my internet plan. I have requested a copy of my 2 yr.

Plan with my signature. They send an email which you cannot open the agreement. I suggest printing a copy and mailing it to me thru snail mail. Well, they cant do that either....they dont have a printer.

Wth? This company is the absolute worst i have ever dealt with. Oh yes, i cancelled because my rate jumped from 52.00 to 115.00!

No one has my password but me. Sprint should be sued for fraud, they are such a shady company.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss return, exchange or cancellation policy of sprint customer care. Sprint needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
