I was a NEXTEL. Customer for 5 years and a huge cheerleader for them.

Six months ago they convinced me to switch to sprint to get a new blackberry. For the last six months i have faught terrible coverage and dropped calls. They kept telling me thier maps show good coveage. It all came to a head yesterday when mary 6049 told me they were not letting me out of my contract and hung up on me when she figured out she couldnt sell me more products.

I am typing this on my new verizon phone.

That $350was well spent to get out of sprint. I look forward to watching them fall as all companies with this customer service model do.

Monetary Loss: $350.

I have had Sprint horrible service for over a year, prompted by a friend from a different state. Perhaps he had good service, from day 1 I have had dropped calls, garbles messages in and out, and horrible customer service encounters on the phone with sprint. They are the worst!
