Beside the fact that my area of reception in NJ is weak and calls drop and web use is highly unreliable. The issue that bothers me most is charging for going over my allotment of 10 Gb which is a lie.
This has happened twice over the last two months. What's remarkable is I track this daily and last month I used 9.4 and the prior month was 9.2 Gb on the last day. When you call customer service you fall in love n deaf ears. Needless to say I'm going back to Verizon.
My switch was to save money, but I'm spending $228 per month. It's outrageous.
I'd love to start a class action suit. We're all not ***.
