I left Sprint because of their sketchy coverage in the area where I was moving. Well, they really kicked me on the way out.
I called for the payoff, I got people in foreign countries (after multiple automated messages). The reps told me about 5 different payoff amounts, I paid and then had to wait 2-3 days for them to unlock the phones. Then I got an email that they wouldn't unlock them because they said I owed MORE money! But wait...I already paid what the said I owed!
so, I paid it just to be able to move on, and they started the 2-3 day waiting period all over again! i feel like I'm being "punked". Really?? Unprofessional and a complete rip off.
Goodbye to your lame coverage, too. Do not get a Sprint phone!!
