I don't even know where to begin.Sprint has been the worst experience of any business I have ever delt with.
Hours on hold. Over charge for returned equipment. Will hang up or transfer when you attempt to resolve. Lies and false promises.
Customer service is out of United States and cannot understand their English. They will hang up on you anyway when you ask them to break down your bill and explain it. Still charging me for a iPad I returned to a Corporate store. Which they tell you, you can only return to a Corporate store.
A month later, still are charging me for it.A nightmare.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Sprint. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $230 and wants Sprint to issue a full refund.
