I purchased an Iphone from Sprint in september 2017 the phone started to have problems i contacted Sprint and they told me my phone is less than a year old and for me to call Apple. I called apple and they told me my phone was not new it was purchased in May of 2016.

I called Sprint to tell them about their Fraud and I was cursed out, hung up on, and not helped by not only their customer service but the managers as well. I plan to seek legal action. Do not every go with Sprint they are a fraudulent company and lack any kind of morals or ethics.

Their customer service is horrible and they care nothing for thier customers. I have been with Sprint before this incident for over 20 years.

Product or Service Mentioned: Apple Cell Phone.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I didn't like: Runaround, Rude and out source, Waiting on hold for 28 to 45 minutes, Poor customer service.
