I had sprint for 4 days. Tryed to do there 14 day exchange 2times!!! They could not do it. Finally on day 7 dropped sprint because no one dose anything including the manager with out calling someone higher up!!! Now 3 months and 15 calls later I have not gotten a refund with was only supposed to take 2weeks! And costumer service keeps hanging up on me!!! Worst company ever will never go back.

Classic Bait and switch..talked into unneeded upgrade by store employee w promise of fees being waved if i took lease ..promised price of TOTAL monthly bill at store..actual bill 60$ higher,fees not waved no help from cudtomer service and extremely ignorant and rude mansger at store (mike waterfront location in homestead pennsylvania)

Have a new note 4 for 3 weeks experiencing missed calls bad service slow speeds called customer service real bad experience with lourie a customer relations manager. She was so rude didnt care kept telling me i have freat service as i explain that i have proof thru screenshots.
