Horrible,Horrible Sprint sucks!!Ive never in my life had such crappy service & not to mention the dropped calls everywhere.The stores suck you better plan on being there for 2 hrs or more & still not getting anything resolved. But since sprint took them over everything sucks. Prices went way up for less coverage. Nothing that was promised from this merger has happened. I'm paying $50 a month more for a LOT less data. Now I have had enough after I have paid 279 today to get my phone back on the force me to set up a debt card aragements for $535 and tell me I have a reconnection fee for 36$ next bill !! Contacted me said I could upgrade my phones I was told the phones I wanted or $200 each but we would only have to pay $100 for one phone and two were free we were getting a $500 credit well we did not receive a $500 credit I was told it could take a couple of months to get the credit still nothing when I called in about it I was informed that my my bill also went up $25 per line per for 24 months I'm not paying that. ...

I purchased two S7 Samsung Galaxy cell phones roughly three months ago, I'm not very happy with the coverage my wife and i are getting , no signal is a big problem. I spend $350 for 3 phone lines, they try to get you based the phone, you pick a phone and they tell you they will lease it or sell it to you for about $20 per phone per month. Now the service is 3 phone lines for $140. If you calculate the charges that I just described - $60 (phones) + $140 (cell service) comes up to = $200! but my last bill was $342, that other $140, not really sure where it's at. Sprint is letting me go. I am done with the whole cell phone must have or have not. I am switching to Republic Wireless. The run on the Sprint network another cell provider so allows one to have wi fi first and the use data. I like the concept. I am only charged for what I need. I have been paying for my phone for 2 years and now that I am ready to change carriers Sprint is telling me that they are unable to unlock my phone. I had called a week ago and the agent told me he could unlock our phones, bit now that we are ready it turns out that they can't. I am very disappointed

Sprint service is entirely to high for what they charge a month for airtime and coverage is ridiculous . You can get a cricket wireless for less the money and receive way better service. Truthfully speaking I feel as though I've thrown away 120+ a month on sprint I'm getting rid of you all I'll stick to my cricket wireless which is half the price and better coverage .
