Poor customer service,reception sucks in rural areas and was told by a customer service representative that I would get my deposit back within 24 business hours after they received the product back and they received the product and still haven't gave me back my deposit

I want my complaint resolved and the collections bill removed. I am also requesting a refund for the last month of service that I was forced to pay for and for which could have been waived. I also want an explanation for how this happened?

Poor Customer Service, Poor Reception, Poor Network. Failure to follow up with me after I spent over 20 minutes explaining the following issues, billing, poor reception, dropped calls and troubleshooting. After a week and half I called back to follow up and was told the phones were not switched to the 6 month plan so we can keep the phone. The agent said she updated the plan and backdated to September and the 6th payment will be in February 2020 along with a credit.

Sprint - Phones being held for ransom

My husband passed in November. During the stressful time of my husbands illness we experienced more dropped calls then ones that went through. When calling his dad half the time I would get a recording= you have reached a number that is no longer in service. REALLY! Called Sprint in December to change account to my name. They call back ask questions say everything done. Tried to move to Verizon in March and nope, no way, not going to happen. The customer rep refused to give me my account number froze my husbands phone and told me we where leasing the phones. This after we satisfied a two year contract. So my phones are being held for 234.09 ransom each. I will never recommend Sprint to anyone and will post on any sight possible to give a bad review.

Sprint - Raises prices while you are under contact! CSRs flat out lie to you!

When we rolled our account into this new one, we were guaranteed by a sales agent who promised he had notated by account, that since the original account was "grandfathered" and did not have to pay the "phone access fees" this new account would not either. When I moved the 3 lines to our current account in March, 2016, my bill was $178.99. One number had a "phone access fee" of $15, but I decided it was not worth fighting. The very next month- it jumped over $100 to $298.31! Finally I reached someone who assured me he got the matter resolved and my bill was credited. But then another mysterious charge showed up: $7.99 for a spending limit program charge. My May & Oct bills jumped back up to $259 and had to be corrected again. From November 2016-Feb 2018, our bill was constant- always right about 191.70 give or take a few cents. 3/18, we upgraded one phone. our plan and equipment charges jumped from $158 to $188 and our overall bill skyrocketed from $198 to $255. How can our plan and equipment charges jump by $30 and our bill increase nearly $50 when all we did was increase our installment payment by $18? 4/16, our bill shot up again! Now in addition to the mysterious insurance we had not asked for, now there is an additional charge of $15 for "phone access" on line ending 8472, bringing out monthly plan and equipment charges to $217 per month. That is a far cry from the approximately $176 we were expecting when we upgraded the one phone. In June, Sprint does it again-- now this mysterious "phone access" jumps from $15 per month to $20 per month on two lines. My total bill has went from $191 to to $260. Calls to Sprint have resulted in repeated lies by agents who promise to correct this situation. Angry By my calculations- I have overpaid Sprint by $947.68. Angry Angry Angry

We moved from WV to SC. Have Sprint cell service. Prior month before moving gave new address on bill. After moving kept receiving text from Sprint that we needed to pay our bill. We called them and explained we’d moved and we hadn’t received the bill. Gave them our new address and ask that they send a bill. Told us to pay on line. Informed the rep we didn’t want to pay on line, send a bill. Never received. Went to local Sprint store. Told them our problem. Said we needed to pay on line. Got upset paid with my debit card and went to Verizon.

Sprint defrauded me

Sprint defrauds customers to make money. Customer Service only pretends to help. Sprint customer service is overseas and intentionally wastes your time. Sprint intentionally defrauds customers by overcharging on purpose. Then when you call in to get the charges fixed, they use overseas operators to frustrate you and waste your time to the point you give up. That's how Sprint makes their money. Sprint is a fraudulent company. They tricked me into switching to their company, promising a free year of unlimited service. After billing me online to my credit card, for activation and service, they were very late delivering the SIM card. Even after I installed their SIM card, the service did not work at all. I called and after spending days and many hours, they "admitted" that my phone type was having issues getting service (though I think that was just a stall / tricking technique). They told me I had to go to a physical store location to get it activated. I did that. For most of the year, they continually charged me exorbitant amounts of money for monthly service (which was supposed to be free), charged me multiple times for activation, and also ran my credit multiple times without reason. They ruined my credit score. They use the following methods to discourage customers from calling: 1) by transferring you overseas (India, Sri Lanka, Philippines) to Sprint Agents that clearly don't mean to help you. 1 - a) Their agents don't speak English, or barely at all. 1 - b) Agents hang up on you intentionally. 1 - c) Rude and / or laugh at you over the phone. 1 - d) Placing you on hold. 1 - e) Intentionally dragging out the phone conversation for 30, 40 minutes, or longer. Then ultimately hanging up on you and having no record of the call. 2) Say they have to call you back, and reach you no matter what time they call to "confirm" the changes or credits owed to you. 3) Even if you get any credit, it can't go back to your credit card (therefore stealing your money anyway - because they can overcharge all they want, but it stays under their control and ownership). 4) Delaying help. Pretending to help, but asking you to wait 1, 2 days. 3 days. "10 business days." 5) Falsely "escalating" to "Escalation Dept" and / or "Executive Team." 6) Refusing to cancel service. 7) Threaten to hurt your credit by charging false fees to begin with, then additional late fees if not paid on time, and sending account to collections even if all the original charges from Sprint are fraudulent. I met a Sprint store manager who admitted to me that this is a very common problem and that he sees this scenario on a daily basis. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A LAWYER / LAWYERS WHO WILL SUE SPRINT FOR FRAUD, DECEPTION, AND ALL OTHER LAWS BROKEN TO STEAL OUR MONEY, TIME, EFFORT, AND FOR OUR FRUSTRATION.

Sprint - Worst EVER!!!

I can't begin other than please don't ever use this Carrier! After 9 years and never being late this late year and half has been Horrible ....the iPhone 7 sold to my Son and replaced once is the iPhone 7 recall...in which Apple said the refurbished phone repalcement didn't have certififid Apple parts ...Apple then said phone was fixed only to get home 2 hours for Apple store and it's searching again and find out in deed its the recall phone. Still Sprint refuses to help me and on Chat they recommend me mailing it to the nearest Sprint Corporate Store. I have to port my Sons number to another Carrier so he'll have a phone on a camping trip last weekend. $$$ Then today I get a letter from the Sprint Corporate Store about the phone being ABANDONED when the person from Sprint gave me the address where to send It!!! NOT TO MENTION MY DAUGHTERS PHONE I PAID the Total Lease Off and Her Contract Because She Moved Where There's NO SERVICE they Deducted the amount at that time from mu=y checking account assuring me it would be unlocked within 24/48 hours 2 days later i call back they say I owe $28 ....I insisted 3 people gave me the pay off amount at which time she says "oh yeah i see it is unlocked" Well 3 Days later still not unlocked and I'm told I'm behind paying my bill yet they have $140 more dollars than what I owe and will not refund me for the phone I purchased... For the second time I've had to report them to the BBB they are now investigating again THEY ARE LIEING THIVES AND APPLE SAYS THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST CARRIER !!!

Sprint - Over charging, no service, dropped calls

I cannot get service in my own home, grocery store, dr office, etc unless im logged into wifi, and I stay in the city! My husband is a truck driver and almost every time we speak on the phone the call drops, or if he calls me or I call him it rings and rings but no missed calls show up. With other companies, if you have the same phone you can video chat. With sprint you can't. If we're paying over $200 a month for 2 phones then at least make it worthwhile! Even while on the phone with customer service, my call dropped. We've been with them over a year so we went to get an upgrade on our phones. Nope! They said it's a 2 year upgrade. 2 years? And we're paying $212 a month?? This company is a rip off. My husband couldn't get our daughters added to the plan until our contract is upx so I had to get them service in my name so now we're paying $425 a month for 4 phones when there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to get a family plan paying half of that. I do not recommend anyone to sign up with Sprint. As soon as our phones are paid off and our contract is over I'm switching to AT&T.

It's unfathomable to see such an infinite amount of poor reviews, and completely dissatisfied customers (not only here on this thread -but riddled throughout endless different sites all across the internet). Sprint continues to fail at resolving these issues, or offering any sort of reasonable solution regardless of countless clearly outraged customers (myself, and my husband included), having the same handful of unacceptable issues (ie: billing issues that only promise appropriate credits be given but are never actually applied, poor customer service as well as service in regards to cell signal, and slow data speeds- often with no access to either- only to be 'entertained' (but not amused) by the rehearsed, pre-scripted dead ends given by customer service representatives who act as though they're hearing of these issues for the first time with each customer complaint; when in reality -they're unquestionably, indisputably aware of these unacceptable regular occurrences in these "Normal for Sprint, Routines." I was shocked by not only the lack of professionalism while waiting for whatever the promise to resolve an issue, was, (that time) although those "promises to deliver" were never executed. Whats more, was learning just how common these unethical practices or "Sprint Norms" actually are. I've seen nearly the exact same problems we've experienced on numerous occasions greeted by (verbatim) insincere responses from these trained, paid, complaints boomerang bouncers. We'd be better served with an honest " #SorryNotSorry, you're legally bound by a contract, regardless of the epic fail in our service protocol, and corrupt company standards, along with your reasonable, but ever so unfulfilled expectations, therefore you'll be obligated to pay obscene amounts of money for products and services that absolutely dropped the ball in terms of usefulness or functionality. Oh, and we're #SorryNotSorry that our (subpar at best) "coverage map" operates on more of an elusive, low grade scale allowing us the ability to forward these inconvenient, generic, unapologetic statemens as to the infamous "(after reviewing your concerns, we found no changes in coverage in or around your area)." One last thing: You just weren't aware of the fact that when you start at the bottom, no changes simply means (that's the best we can do, have ever done, or ever will do). Translation Folks: Our standards are what's broken, and frankly it's not their fault. Lower your expectations. They're not Verizon. (Obviously).

Phones don't work for calls at home and I have complained over and over. Then went out of town and no one I called could hear me. We pay too much for a service that is half *** They have not offered any resolutions either. I am pursuing legal options at this point...I refuse to pay to get out of a contract that was entered with false information given by Sprint about their coverage areas and everything else.
