I'm so sick of sprint I can't stand it. Bills are always higher and higher every month and customer service is horrible.
I've called trying to get help with explanation of bill or maybe needing an extension and get inconsistent information from rep to rep. Always am told I can't speak to a supervisor and it's not until I'm frustrated that I'm allowed to speak to one.
Been a customer for several years and get treated as if I just started service the day before. I pay too much money every month to be dismissed as if I don't matter.
