I am just sick to my stomach of the lazy unresponsive, past the buck kind of customer phone service personal this company has.
Sprint / Nextel really should consider changing to a new name and have both these companies under 1 umbrella. It is just way too easy for these customer service phone reps to pass their customers back and forth between both companies when they don't know how to help you or they just don't want to take the time to help you.
Seriously both my wife and I have called on numerous occasions for different things and we never never get our issues resolved in 1 phone call or spend way to much time getting transfer to other departments and often find out the first person we talked to could of help us if they took the time to.
Who hires these people?
