Some time ago we lost a phone and sprint said I could not cancel the phone line I had to keep paying on it or I could put a hold on the line and pay $10.00 a month until the contract was up. We recently went in for new phones and I discovered that for 24 months after the contract expired Sprint was still billing me. Spint refused to pay me back for the 24 months and only offerred 4 month refund because they said because it was my responsiblity to cancelled, I said it was a contract that had and end date and you keep on billing me past the end date.

Monetary Loss: $210.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Policy change without notifying me the customer, Lip service, Lip service but not on paper.
