on my 3rd sprint palm cell phone. obviously,they are lemons,but sprint would rather I just cancel my contract than allow me to buy another type of sprint phone.
the representatives of the company are extremely interested in how you rate them in terms of customer svc, but are unwilling to actually be helpful.
I have spent an hour talking to one rep after another who simply repeats that they are unwilling to let me pay or another phone. when asked if i'm satisfied w/their svc & am told no, i'm passed to the next "rep." brilliant!
