Replacing a non working Sim card should be as simple as going to your local Sprint store for a replacement, but when BOTH... local stores and one of which is a corporate store do not have replacement Sim cards for your phone, your told to contact Customer service....

Press one for English.... how about some one who can speak English.... and then maybe some one who would like to help rectify the issue instead of trying to sell you a new service..... not to mention trying to charge you for delivery of a new Sim card....

Expedited shipping they said, overnight they said..... three days later, still no Sim card But my Mandarin has come on along way!!
