I have been Sprint PCS customer for more than 4 years. I had called them up last week to terminate my service and was shocked to note that my contract won't expire for till 2009.
When I asked for details, they put me on to their accounting services. After waiting for 30 minutes I was told that in Oc 2007 they had added 50 bonus minutes on my line for extending the contract. They had sent me a mail to this effect but I did not read the mail and now I am stuck with Sprint for another 2 years. I am totally unhappy with their services and want to switch.
I would really appreciate if any advocate looks into this case.
I live in Mt Prospect Illinois.
