Sprint customer service is a joke. And niw with their new and improved dataplan i am no longer able to use data and talk at same time. And yes i have a brand new phone. Calls drop frequently each day and coverage is awful even though I am in a green area. My bill has been wrong every month for the past 9 months and not onr person out of 27 has fixed the problem

After 10 years with sprint they no longer give me my discount and i have had high overage an each time they say im unlimited but always a but just this week the rep told i really need on the other plan its really all unlimited i am turning all my devices in im done with them THEY TOTALLY SCREWED ME!!!!!!!! 400 and 300 hundred dollar bills im done with them

Went ahead and signed up for unlimited plan in October 2015. First bill was correct. Next two bills I had to spend over an hour with them on the phone fixing billing problems. Not a terrible company. Issues were both resolved to best they could do. My advice is check you bill every month the day it becomes available to ensure there are not any billing errors.
