Sprints service sucks their customer service sucks highly displeased with their service over a year now in a two year contract WISH WE HAD NOT!! We were LIED TO ABOUT OUR CONTRACT FROM THE BEGINNING!!!
And OF COURSE SPRINT DIDNT RECTIFY IT! WE HAVE THEIR TOTAL PROTECTION SERVICE ON OUT EQUIPMENT BUT WHEN I HAVE A CRACKED SCREEN FROM AN ACCIDENT THEY WANT ME TO PAY $200.00 CASH UPFRONT!!!! THEY CANT BILL ME... YET I CAN GO ANND GET IT FIXED FOR $100.00 somewhere within the hour!!!
And NO THIS IS BOT THE ONLY PROBLEMS WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH SPRINT AND MYSELF WITH APPLE BECAUSE I HAVE AN IPHONE 6+...... MONEY HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM OUR ACCOUNT THROUGH APPLE AT LEAST $200.00...! And Sprint rips their customers off daily! LOOK AT YOUR BILLING STATEMENT!!!
THEY ARE CONSTANTLY SCREWING US AND OTHERS OFF DAILY! ITS *** AND WE WILL BE MOVING ON SOON WITH A PREPAID PLAN THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY THATS AT LEAST $150.00 CHEAPER THROUGH WAL MART!
