It would take a very long time to tell you my Horror story about Sprint I will tell you there service is horrible, there customer service skills (majority of employee's done have any) I have been hung up on many times never called me back only when I said I was cancelling service would they call back, you can NEVER speak to a supervisor, they charge you additional charges at least 3 times a year, they mis lead you about there contracts In over 40 years of doing business with Companies NEVER have I experience a Company like Sprint I am so surprised they are still in business I paid more with another carrier but switched to Sprint because there price was lower The old saying is true you get what you pay for Just warning whoever is thinking about switching to Sprint or has Sprint and contract is expiring GET OUT while you can
