I am pissed beyond measure. This is the 2nd month I've been charged for an account I DO NOT HAVE with Sprint.

About 2 months ago, I was charged $190 even though my account has BEEN closed. I had to speak with 4 reps and NONE of them cared. It took more than a week to get refunded. POOR SERVICE.

This is why I left Sprint in the first place. I just got charged again... on NEW YEAR'S DAY for $200.78. This money was for my RENT!

When I called, the rep was NOT concerned, nor did he care. He kept saying, "I don't see any payment from Sprint.... call your bank." I've attached a picture... you mean to tell me, this isn't a charge from Sprint??

WORST company ever. I left Sprint and am gladly paying MORE money for AT&T because at least I'm getting MUCH BETTER customer service. I watch my account like a hawk... this is the 2nd time Sprint tried to steal my money as if I won't notice.

I am telling everyone I know to NOT go with Sprint. Thieves!!!
