Sprint - Horrible

Sprint has decided to close service centers leaving only one in my area.. unfortunately when you walk in you are put in a queue with customers wanting to purchase phones/ service which took me hour and half to even tell someone if my problem. I may look at different providers at this point

After nearly 2 hours on the phone between holding and talking to people who did not know what they were talking about i was not willing to start all over again and try and accomplish what i had intended from the start. Sprint Technical Support Review

Sprint said they would cut my monthly bill in half(compared to Verizon) which they never did.Also their phones didn't work half of the time. I asked them to send a technician to my home to help me with their faulty equipment and they never did.my advice is NEVER deal with this dishonest company!
