Sprint took money and bad customer service
So on the 20th my sprint bill was due and I payed 70 something of it and asked for an extension since I didn’t get paid until 5 days later. So the 25th rolls around and my account is now on autopay.
They took 60 something (which was fine since it was the remainder of my bill). It is now the 1st of September and for some reason I looked on my bank account and I saw THREE different withdrawals from sprint. THEY took and extra 60 something out of my bank account. I tried getting in contact with sprint I called them and they said that I would hear back from sprint.
Never heard back.
So I contact them through chatting and this is what happened... (yes I lost my patience a little bit before you judge me for being a little upset)
