Sprint does it again. They neglected to turn my phone number over to me and then refused to do it after the fact.

If it were not for all the contract charges, they'd be out of here. How can a company be so foolish as to not let you sign a new 2 year agreement with your own number? Had I got to at&t or another company, I would have been able to port my number right over! It's crazy.

Not to mention their sales people are very, very difficult to work with and their customer service is even worse.

Monetary Loss: $200.
