I have been with Sprint since 2001 and currently have 6 lines on my personal account.Customer service is an absolute nightmare.
Every time I make a change to my plan or devices they screw something up. Most recently I tried to upgrade my son's Galaxy S5 that he's had for years and have been on the phone for 3 hours with no success. I can't believe how terrible this company is. 2nd worst company I've ever experienced in my life.
Only Waste Management has them beat. I can't wait until my contract is up in 45 days so I can be done with this pathetic excuse for a company. The level of incompetence that this company displays is beyond belief.
Over the years I have probably lost a couple of weeks of my life on the phone with them trying to get issues resolved.UNBELIEVABLE!
