TRIED TO SEND A FAX TO SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT ON AN 8 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN PAID TWICE. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO FAX NUMBER. ITS A PHONE COMPANY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. I wanted to hopefully conclude my Sprint "Issue" that all began on Monday 5/11/15. I discovered around one week before I was unable to "BLOCK" robo/unwanted calls to either of my two phone numbers on my Sprint account. I WAS able to do this in the past. Sadly my Sprint "Issue" remains Unresolved. That is the inability to BLOCK Unwanted Numbers on my online Sprint account (Both Phones). A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME (My Personal Experience Only) I have been a Sprint customer since around 2001. Over the years there have been few changes one two phones on ONE account. I encountered what I thought was a simple issue to solve. As of several months back, I discovered my personal SPRINT online account would no longer allow me to "BLOCK" phone numbers and ROBO Calls as I had been able to do for years. Sprint! Nothing is ever easy when it comes to conducting business with Sprint. The famed Framily Plan.....I want a divorce. 5/11/14 I went in store to separate the bills in my Framily. The guys that worked their did not know how to work the printer therefore they could not print out the Change of ownership forms my family needed to sign. My bill was supposed to be a set amount and it would always go up without me changing anything. They would always try to justify the charges and I would always catch them lying and trying to stick me with phony charges. I finally to.d them to "suck it" after two years. I filed a rebate fraud complaint against Sprint on Sunday, 08 March 2009 with Planetfeedback. As of Friday, 27 March 2009, this matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction. In fact, this matter was not resolved at all. I was contacted by Sprint on Monday, 09 March 2009. Think about it. If I took the time to search and file a complaint - there has to be a problem I have other things I could be doing. My experience with Sprint Customer Service has been a complete nightmare. The sales agents evidently get a commission on contract retention and will tell you anything to get your to extend and or upgrade your service. Folks do not believe a thing these people tell you. They will promise you the moon over the phone... Read more
