Yes I agree a class action lawsuit is definitely in order. Sprint has the worse customer service , their own internal people cant get a hold of someone when they need them.
I have only been with them for 4 months & it has been a complete disaster. I am cancelling 45 of my company phones this week. They are billing me for 55 phones that we never asked for & they are now trying to charge me an early cancellation fee for 0f $3500.00 plus just for those 10.
They wont even send me a return package to ship them back even though we have asked 3 times now. Sprint is going to find themselves in deep trouble if they continue these shady business practices.
