My bill was supposed to be a set amount and it would always go up without me changing anything. They would always try to justify the charges and I would always catch them lying and trying to stick me with phony charges.
I finally to.d them to "suck it" after two years. Their service is slow and unreliable, and no 4G even though they have promised for 2 years it is "coming soon." The signal was almost nonexistent most of the time.
I switched to AT&tT and have much better service, signal, and 4G LTE. Sprint is a joke and should be sued for unacceptable business practices.
