We wanted to unlock our Sprint account for iPhone, so the we could change to a better provider and use the same telephone. Not one person was able to do this, although they should have been able to.
We got the run-around. We drove 3 times from out of town to Des Moines without success. The employees at Southridge were polite. But after being promised that the account was being unlocked, it never happened.
The worst encounter was at the corporate store on University Ave.
Des Moines. These are the people who have the ability to help us, but they just said, "We can't help you." They didn't even try.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of cell phone service. Sprint needs to "fold and go home" according to poster's claims.
