I inadvertently wrote a check for less than the full amount of the bill - still paying more than 50% Two weeks later they cut off our service due to balance. Been with them for years - always paid in full - paid them balance but am determined to get out of this contract ASAP!!!

Also they misrepresented plan - now found out we are on a lease program - and insurance coverage - told lost phone would cost $50 if lost but it was $ 200 for a refurbished one!

And on top of it - worse service - no connection in subway and poor one in apartment (NYC). Stay away from this carrier.

suztimmerhans wrote the review because of poor customer service at Sprint. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $150 and wants Sprint to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of follow through, misrepresentation and pricing. Author liked the most proximity of the store to my home. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
