Tried to save some money switching to Sprint, ended costing way more with little to no service! Horrible customer service!

Had to take a bigger loss to walk away from them. They lied, waisted my time. Forced us to buy new phones in order to use a phone, which for us is necessary for our business. Never join Sprint!

Never! They still owe us money but as a consumer I will never see it! Thieves!!! I actually tried to stay connected to their customer service till they would resolve problems, but they put you on hold waiting for you to disconnect without even trying to help.

The record was 14 hours just to have them disconnect!

Only resolution at this point is pay me the money owed to me that they have stolen! Because that’s what they did!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: That they are thieves.
