My cellphone was completely smashed and they where giving me the run around. I could not finish my claim online was told that I needed to wait 24hrs until they contact me via email or voice.

I immediately called customer service because my cellphone is my only contact with my clients an i was told that there was nothing that could be done that i had to wait until they contacted me.

Which 24 hrs later no email nor voice calls had came my way i call back to again get the run around it was a ridicules process. At the end I still had to pay $200 and i only got my cellphone a a total of 6 days after the incident happened.
