I telephoned Sprint and advised them of international charges to my account using What's App and Pinger. They offered to refund some of the international charges. I was then advised that I should not use those services that they partner with. If I should use them again I will be charged.

The next day I called back to inquire about the same charges. I was formed by at least 3 different personnel, from an Agent to a Team Lead then Manager that I should not have received those charges. So I am in the middle not knowing what to do. I was treat very poorly from start to finish.

It is insane to pay all those high bills and deal those horrible employees when prepaid phones are less costly. Since my ordeal I have contacted 2 of my friends and asked them to change carrier. I'm on to the others now
