I can't begin other than please don't ever use this Carrier!
After 9 years and never being late this late year and half has been Horrible ....the iPhone 7 sold to my Son and replaced once is the iPhone 7 recall...in which Apple said the refurbished phone repalcement didn't have certififid Apple parts ...Apple then said phone was fixed only to get home 2 hours for Apple store and it's searching again and find out in deed its the recall phone.
Still Sprint refuses to help me and on Chat they recommend me mailing it to the nearest Sprint Corporate Store.
I have to port my Sons number to another Carrier so he'll have a phone on a camping trip last weekend. $$$
Then today I get a letter from the Sprint Corporate Store about the phone being ABANDONED when the person from Sprint gave me the address where to send It!!!
NOT TO MENTION MY DAUGHTERS PHONE I PAID the Total Lease Off and Her Contract Because She Moved Where There's NO SERVICE they Deducted the amount at that time from mu=y checking account assuring me it would be unlocked within 24/48 hours 2 days later i call back they say I owe $28 ....I insisted 3 people gave me the pay off amount at which time she says "oh yeah i see it is unlocked"
Well 3 Days later still not unlocked and I'm told I'm behind paying my bill yet they have $140 more dollars than what I owe and will not refund me for the phone I purchased...
For the second time I've had to report them to the BBB they are now investigating again
THEY ARE LIEING THIVES AND APPLE SAYS THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST CARRIER !!!
